This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DevOps professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces automation, and is passionate about optimizing CI/CD processes, cloud reliability, and security within Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build automation and self-service tooling to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • CI/CD & Deployment Pipelines
    • Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
  • Work with product teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and secure software releases with minimal impact on production systems.
  • Monitoring, Logging, and Reliability
    • Implement and maintain monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Datadog.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Collaborate with the Security and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
  • Enhance and integrate automated security checks and compliance validation into DevOps workflows.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship
    • Partner with engineering teams to promote DevOps and automation best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and tools.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
  • Strong experience designing, deploying, and managing systems on Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency with Terraform and Helm for Azure infrastructure automation and configuration management.
  • Solid understanding of Linux administration, networking, and Azure security fundamentals.
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • On call shifts required.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Datadog.
  • Background in high-availability or multi-region Azure infrastructure.
  • Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, ISO, FedRAMP).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure security hardening and zero trust concepts.
