Back & Body Health is a multidisciplinary clinic providing Chiropractic

Care, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. We are centrally located in Altadore/Marda loop. Our philosophy is to treat the patient and then promote active care at home

The details

This is a permanent, part-time position for evening and weekend shifts, approximately 12-20 hours per week. Evening shifts would be 4 pm until close around 9:30 pm and weekend hours are typically 9-5 with occasional overtime. We are looking for a long term, 1+ year commitment. Great position for a student or as a second job to supplement income Wage is $18/hour.

What you will be doing:

  • Greet patients and check them in for their appointment
  • Manage patient bookings, billings and payments including direct billing to insurance companies
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Patient chart management
  • Daily cleaning tasks & laundry
  • Other general clinic duties as assigned

  • Professionalism - understanding the importance of confidentiality
  • Skilled multi-tasker for when things get busy
  • Ambitious self-starter who can manage their time efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strategic thinker- someone who can problem solve and find solutions
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Adobe/PDF, direct billing insurance, scheduling software and patient EMR is an asset. We use Jane
