Are you a proactive inside sales professional with a passion for building lasting relationships and driving revenue? We're looking for a
Dealer Territory Sales Representative
to manage and grow our U.S.-based two-way radio dealer network from our Canadian headquarters in Kelowna, BC.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate excels at building relationships remotely, driving account growth, and providing exceptional support to our dealer partners.

What you'll be doing (Core Responsibilities):

  • Manage Dealer Relationships:
    Serve as the primary contact for assigned U.S. dealer accounts, building strong connections through regular phone, email, and video communication.
  • Drive Sales Growth:
    Identify upsell, cross-sell, and reorder opportunities to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Plan and Prioritize:
    Review account performance and market trends to focus efforts where they deliver the most impact.
  • Enable Dealers:
    Provide product knowledge, promotions, and timely support to help dealers sell with confidence.
  • Maintain CRM Discipline:
    Keep account records, pipeline updates, and forecasts accurate and up to date.

What you bring (Your Skills & Experience):

  • 3+ years
    of inside sales or account management experience, ideally in durable goods distribution or channel sales to the USA marketplace.
  • A
    proven track record
    of exceeding sales targets and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong
    relationship-building skills
    and a customer-first approach.
  • Comfort with
    CRM systems
    and data-driven sales decision-making.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented,
    in-office environment
    in Kelowna.
