Electrician -Residential Supervisor

· Wage for this position is negotiable depending on experience

· Home automation is an asset

· In town work

· Experience in residential electrical construction is essential

· Valid Journeyman Electrical license

· Drivers license required

· Oversees and manages all aspects of residential electrical projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to relevant codes and standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances technical expertise with supervisory duties

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changes on the fly

· Lead, supervise and train a crew of electricians and apprentices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Organizational skills and attention to detail

· Physical fitness to perform tasks - lifting, bending, and standing for long periods, potentially while on ladders or lifts

· Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment

· Ability to continuously learn about trends in the electrical industry

· Interpreting and reading blueprints and electrical drawings

· Follow and promote all safety rules and guidelines

· Fill out timecards daily

· Sign into Corfix daily to complete all required forms

· Cell phone allowance

· 8 hour shift – Monday to Friday
