Senior Business Analyst_Expert level-CRM Dynamics

KEY RESPONSABILITES:
- Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze and document current end-to-end business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Develop future-state process models and support change management initiatives.
- CRM Implementation Support:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Participate in system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create detailed documentation including process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
