Join our team and make a difference — one person, one family, one day at a time

About the Role

As an Individual and Family Support Worker, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to helping people thrive — whether it's empowering adults with disabilities or supporting families to build stronger, healthier connections.
This unique role combines two incredible programs:

  1. Community Living BC (CLBC)
Support adults with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent, and connected lives. You'll promote their physical, emotional, and mental well-being through personalized, one-on-one support.

  1. Family Preservation and Supervised Access

The Family Preservation Program enhances the capacity of families to manage everyday challenges by providing individualized and family-centered support. The program promotes positive parent-child relationships and delivers services in alignment with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) contract.

Supervised Access
Supervised Access is a referral-based program that facilitates and monitors visits between children in care and their biological families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for family connection and interaction.
