What are the key responsibilities? - Responsibilities and Duties:   - Perform regular hardware condition inspections and document component health status.   - Conduct device inventory to prevent loss or damage of MS assets.   - Troubleshoot software issues, hardware problems, and network connectivity issues.   - Set up new computers, install necessary software, and ensure network connectivity.   - Check and update the OS, drivers, and firmware of systems for optimal performance.   - Conduct security checks, run antivirus scans, and update security protocols.   - Regularly back up important data to prevent loss in case of system failure.   - Manage IT equipment inventory and document processes.   - Implement and maintain virtual machines, databases, and storage services.   - Communicate with vendors for hardware and software purchases and issue resolution. 5.
