We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated candidate to join our dynamic team in Downtown Toronto.

The ideal candidates should have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly.
  • Assist with food handling and preparation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and other restaurant facilities.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
  • Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred .
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
