THE OPPORTUNITY

We are inviting qualified candidates with a minimum of 2
years of Real Estate experience to join the team in our Calgary office. The
ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, well-developed
interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a
positive and professional attitude.

This
position is a full-time, in office position.

Hours of
work are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Working
    with Legal Assistants and Lawyers on sales, purchases and other real
    estate transactions
  • The
    preparation of legal documents including mortgage papers and signing
    packages
  • Conduct
    land title searches
  • Provide
    administrative legal support to other paralegals and legal assistants
  • Ability
    to work within a fast-paced team, meeting tight deadlines
  • Other
    duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Be a
    graduate of an accredited legal assistant program
  • 2 or
    more years of real estate/conveyancing experience preferred
