About The Role

The Remarketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the vehicle remarketing process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong communication across internal and external partners.

What We're Looking For

  • Communicate with auction partners to manage vehicle listings, logistics, and sales.
  • Evaluate vehicle condition reports and determine appropriate pricing based on market data and trends.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics with auction houses to ensure timely processing and sale of vehicles.
  • Act as a live representative during online auctions to support and monitor bidding activity.
  • Audit and reconcile sales data to maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Analyze key remarketing data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure seamless execution of remarketing activities.

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in remarketing, automotive sales, logistics, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

  • Proficiency with MS Excel and other data management tools; experience with auction platforms is an asset.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
