What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial, industrial, agricultural and some residential HVAC systems
  • Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and tune-ups
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
  • Complete job documentation and communicate clearly with office staff
  • Follow safety procedures and industry best practices
  • Work sites include farms, commercial and industrial, with some residential

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience (installation and/or service)
  • Valid Class B Gas Ticket (or A) and Refrigeration Ticket an asset
  • Valid BC driver's licence with clean driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
