Managing both Meat and Bakery departments

Will be in charge of

  • Booking ad stock
  • Managing on hand inventory
  • Prepping for inventories
  • Maintaing standards on the sales floor in freshness and best before dates
  • Providing customer service
  • Need to be coachable and carry a good attitude
  • Need to be able to self manage and troubleshoot
  • Need to be able to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
  • Will be in charge of dicipline, firing, and hiring new staff and alike
  • Capable of writing and managing schedules
  • Need to be able to work with minor equipment
  • Need to be comfortable with current technology
