Job Overview

The restaurant server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive and efficient service to ensure a memorable dining experience for all of our guests. This includes taking food & drink orders, delivering meals, processing payments and maintaining a clean and organized section.

Duties

  • Serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and food service equipment.
  • Assist guests with their orders, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience.
  • Handle food safely, adhering to all health regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Perform basic barista duties as needed, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is a must.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Experience in serving techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
