Job description – Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

Paradise LeisureScapes Saskatoon is a growing company, and we are looking to add a dedicated and reliable team member to help grow and support our warehouse operations. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with overtime required during our busy summer season.

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of taking ownership of multiple responsibilities within the warehouse and logistics functions.

Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate daily operations, self manage and delegate supporting staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and compound areas
  • Stock shelves and manage inventory levels
  • Shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Process incoming emails related to warehouse, logistics, and customer orders
  • Order parts and products from multiple vendors
  • Receive and accurately tag incoming inventory
  • Prepare and manage product and freight quotes
  • Create order confirmations for customers and internal reference
  • Support general administrative tasks related to warehouse logistics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities required:

  • Physically fit; able to lift 50lbs or more.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Able to multi-task

  • Able to work in a fast pace environment

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Forklift Certification is an asset

Warehouse experience is an asset.

Wage is determined by experience, starting at $25/hr

The successful candidate must be a quick learner capable of multitasking and prioritizing task in a busy working environment. Reliable, and capable of working alone with minimal supervision as well as being a team player.
