We are looking for experience in:

  • Adjust and repair eyewear
  • Helping patients pick out Optical Lenses and Frames.
  • Greeting patients, answering the phone and booking appointments
  • Ability to process orders, payments and third-party billings
  • Performing testing using cutting-edge equipment
  • Collecting patient medical history and relay information to our doctors (you will be playing an active role in the management of our patient's care)
  • Contact lens ordering and Insert and Removal training
  • Lab work: edging, verifying lenses.
  • Pretesting Patients- OCT, Retinal Photos, Visual Fields etc
  • Front Desk: Arriving patients, booking appointments, processing inurance etc.

We are willing to train for various aspects of this position but must have Optical Dispensing experience.
