Knucklehead Barbershop is growing, and we are looking for a skilled, easy-going, client-focused Barber to join the crew.

We're a classic barbershop with a modern edge — a place where guys come for sharp cuts, clean fades and good conversation. If you love the craft, care about your clients, and want to work in a welcoming, community-driven shop, we'd love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Give clients a great experience from the moment they walk in
  • Deliver clean fades, sharp cuts, beard work, and classic styles
  • Keep your station tidy and follow proper sanitation standards
  • Recommend services and products that help clients look their best
  • Help with booking, check-ins, and general shop flow
  • Work as part of a team that takes pride in the craft and the culture

  • Experience behind the chair (or fresh license + hungry to learn)
  • Strong communication and confidence with clients
  • Ability to recommend products/services without being pushy
  • A clean, professional work style —tools, station, and attitude
  • A friendly personality and respect for every client who comes through the door
