Aloha Modern Kitchen is a locally-owned Hawaiian-inspired restaurant bringing the flavours of the islands to Calgary. We take pride in fresh ingredients, scratch-made dishes, and a team that truly cares about quality, consistency, and good vibes.

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience as a line cook who wants to work up to Sous chef level.

Strong attention to detail and kitchen organization

Able to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

A team player who takes pride in their craft

Passionate about creativity and plating — we eat with our eyes first

Food Safety certified (or willing to obtain)
