Overview
We are seeking a *Rock Star* Administrator to join our dental team.
You are a "Practice Builder" Administrator with a "Passion" for 5 star service. You want to "rock" this practice with your outgoing personality and desire to grow a practice. You love people and want to connect and improve patient lives by improving their oral health.
The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, experience with electronic records, and familiarity with dental procedures. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations within our practice, providing exceptional support to both staff and patients. Candidates with prior dental receptionist/assisting, management are highly encouraged to apply. The position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism, ethics, integrity and attention to detail are valued.
This is a full time position and in a growing practice. We value your contribution and your expertise
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and scheduling appointments
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately
- Maintain and update electronic records using Tracker.
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes while ensuring accuracy of patient information
- Support the clinical team by managing patient records and insurance documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPPA and PIPA.
- Prepare and organize office supplies and materials needed for daily operations
- Collaborate with staff to streamline office workflows and improve patient service experience
- Promote the practice by asking for referrals/ ensuring smooth transactions and follow up with each patient.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist or dental office setting required.
- Proficiency with electronic systems such as Tracker, Max Assist
- Strong knowledge of dental treatment, terminology and documentation standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with office equipment, including multi-line phone systems and office software applications
- "Exceptional" communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality
- Proven communication skills and desire to ensure an amazing dental experience.
- Background in business promotion ideas/ treatment coordination and practice management routines.
- Familiarity with CDCP and insurance.
