Turnaround Season
and looking for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to drive successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead planning and execution of major industrial turnarounds
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensure safety and compliance across all phases
  • Track progress and report key metrics to leadership

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial turnarounds or shutdowns
  • Trade certification
  • Strong leadership, communication & project management skills
  • Experience in O&G, Petrochemical, or Power Generation
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
