Requirements:

  • At least 10-15 years in progressively more senior financial managerial/leadership roles.
  • Minimum 3-5 years as a CFO or senior finance executive at a professional services firm.
  • Energetic, driven, confident and aspirational. Track record of career accomplishments demonstrating these traits.
  • ·Affinity for details and ability to synthesize at the executive level.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, dig in and solve problems, plan for change, and manage companies through change in a rapid manner.
  • Track record of redesigning and implementing efficiently designed finance functions leveraging automation.
  • Experience dealing with ethical issues and resolving them appropriately.
  • CPA earned at a large accounting firm, ideally a big 4.
