Child & Youth Care Manager Leadership Role

This position is ideal for experienced Child and Youth Care (CYC/CYW) professionals registered with the Ontario Association of Child and Youth Care (OACYC) and possessing five or more years of frontline experience plus two years of supervisory or leadership experience. Based in Toronto, Ontario, this part-time, permanent weekend management role offers $40.26 to $46.88 per hour for approximately 14 hours weekly, overseeing operations of a trauma-informed residential program for female youth aged 12 to 17 who are survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking.
About the OpportunityHealthOPM is hiring on behalf of a Toronto-based non-profit organization offering specialized residential treatment for youth impacted by complex trauma and exploitation.
As a Child & Youth Care Manager, youll provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight to ensure safety, compliance, and quality of care during weekend operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Child and Youth Care (CYC/CYW)

Registered with OACYC
- Minimum 5 years youth support experience and 2 years supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed leadership and equity-based practice
