Behaviour Interactive is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to maintain its current infrastructure and help to design, plan, and implement a more scalable platform for our growing SaaS offering. You will serve as a technical expert, working directly with the Infrastructure Lead to deliver state-of-the-art solid and secured infrastructure, support, and connectivity.
We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in Windows Server, networking, VPNs, SAN, and cloud/SaaS platforms. In this role you will :- Administer and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and networks across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Manage system access, authentication, and secure remote connectivity.
- Support cloud infrastructure for SaaS applications and assist with platform migrations.
- Provide Tier 3/escalation support for complex technical issues, including performance troubleshooting across servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and support teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and ensure a stable, highly available environment for both internal and client systems.
Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members.
Evaluate and test new tools and solutions, contributing to modernization and automation initiatives.
- Mentor junior administrators and share expertise across the team.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or related infrastructure roles.
- Deep expertise with Windows Server (2012 and later), including upgrades and migrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and enterprise storage (Nimble, HPE Qumulo).
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals with practical experience in HPE Aruba switching and firewall administration (Fortinet or equivalent).
- Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent).
- Experience managing authentication and identity services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, serving as Tier 3/escalation support.
- A collaborative, team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

- Participer à une rotation d'astreinte avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
- Évaluer et tester de nouveaux outils et solutions, en contribuant aux initiatives de modernisation et d'automatisation.
- Encadrer les administrateurs·res juniors·es et partager votre expertise au sein de l'équipe.
- Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience progressive en administration systèmes, ingénierie réseau ou dans des rôles similaires liés à l'infrastructure.
- Excellente maîtrise de Windows Server (2012 et versions ultérieures), incluant les mises à jour et les migrations.
- Solide expérience pratique avec la virtualisation (VMware ESXi), les plateformes cloud (Azure, AWS) et le stockage d'entreprise (Nimble, HPE Qumulo).
- Bonne connaissance des fondamentaux du réseau et expérience concrète avec les commutateurs HPE Aruba et l'administration de pare-feu (Fortinet ou équivalent).
