We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care.
Job Responsibilities:
Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments for assessments and treatments.
Logistics Management: Arrange necessary transportation and translation services for clients.
Communication: Handle incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring responsive communication with clients, insurance companies, and law offices.
Data Management: Perform accurate data entry using Universal Scheduling Program and Google Sheets, maintaining up-to-date records of client files.
Record Keeping: Ensure all client files are organized and easily accessible; manage the delivery of assistive devices.
Documentation: Provide CNRs and handle auto insurance claims forms, including treatment and assessment plans (OCF-18s).
Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with insurance companies and law offices to update and maintain accurate client files and records.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a medical assessment center, rehabilitation center, or law firm dealing with medical cases.
Education: College Diploma or University Degree.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external parties.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to Detail: Impeccable organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
