The Opportunity: Uncapped Earnings & A Fast-Track to Leadership
This is more than a sales role; it is a direct path to a leadership position within a rapidly scaling company. We are seeking a highly driven and articulate Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to spearhead our client onboarding efforts. Your mission will be to forge partnerships with property owners by demonstrating the unmatched value of our management services. While the expected on-target earnings for this role are between $75,000 and $150,000 in your first year, our compensation structure is designed for elite performers and is entirely uncapped. Your income is a direct reflection of your performance. We offer a competitive commission for each new management agreement, supplemented by a lucrative bonus structure tied to clear milestones and sales targets. The more you achieve, the more you earn—with no ceiling. For the right candidate, success in this role will lead to the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team in a very short time. We are grooming our next generation of executives, and this position is the first step on that ladder.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively build a robust sales pipeline through multiple channels, including significant outbound calling, networking, and strategic outreach to identify and engage owners of high-potential real estate assets.
Masterfully articulate WeCoHost Inc.'s value proposition to a sophisticated clientele, nurturing leads from initial contact to signed agreement.
Conduct polished financial discussions, confidently speaking the language of real estate investment, ROI, and cash flow to secure new client partnerships.
Navigate complex negotiations with poise and purpose, consistently guiding prospects toward a successful close.
Exceed sales targets to unlock performance bonuses and lay the groundwork for your transition into a sales leadership role.
