Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mixologist with 2+ years of bar experience who thrives in a high-energy, team-driven environment. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in cocktail craft, spirits, and bar operations, while also being a collaborative team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve cocktails with consistency, speed, and flair.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.
  • Collaborate with the bar team on innovative, seasonal cocktail menu development.
  • Provide engaging, professional, and attentive service to guests.
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork with fellow bartenders, servers, and support staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Assist in bar inventory, stock rotation, and ordering as required, ensuring smooth operations for the whole team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume or upscale setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, garnishing, and bar tools.
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while supporting team flow.
  • A passion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous learning—and helping others succeed.
  • Smart Serve (or local equivalent) certification required.
