How We Pay:

-Competitive base salary

- $100 for each 5 star google review you earn

- Line item bonuses (automatically added to your pay cheque)

- A Percentage of every repair invoice. The higher the invoice the higher the percentage. (automatically added to your pay cheque)

Position Requirements:

  • Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses.
