  • Ensure accurate, efficient order management and fulfillment across all channels.

Lead with Accountability:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in integrated supply chain roles within multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Mandatory expertise in SAP, S/4HANA, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Proven success in strategic sourcing, demand planning, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on operational excellence.
Who You'll Work With:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Procurement.
  • Build strong relationships with key vendors and external partners.
Where You'll Work:
  • Primarily based in our corporate office, with occasional travel (up to 25%) to our plants, suppliers, and industry events across North America.
  • Safety is our top priority—whether in the office or on the shop floor. You'll lead by example, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
