It's work that demands precision. Empathy. And an unwavering commitment to doing what's right.

And for the right person, it will be some of the most meaningful, most impactful work you ever do.

Position Summary

As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you'll help shape the everyday experience of thousands.

You'll monitor private properties, ensure compliance with parking rules, and use advanced digital tools to uphold fairness across the communities we support.

You'll bring discipline, judgment, and care to every patrol — using your personal vehicle, with full CRA-compliant mileage reimbursement — while contributing to an enforcement system designed with intention, clarity, and trust at its core.

This is thoughtful work. Purposeful work. Work that matters.

  • Exercise good judgment in issuing warnings where appropriate.

Design clarity

  • Install and maintain signage that guides and informs.
  • Ensure all posted rules are visible, accurate, and compliant.
  • Document repairs and replacements with time-stamped images.
  • Flag inconsistencies between posted rules and configured enforcement settings.

  • You have reliable access to an insured personal vehicle.
  • MLEO certification is an asset, but training can be arranged.
  • You have a clean criminal record required for certification.
  • You've worked in parking enforcement, by-law, or private security — or you're eager to learn.
  • You're comfortable with mobile devices and clear written communication.

Work Conditions

This role requires time outdoors, time on the road, and time in motion.

You'll work independently, moving between sites, through changing weather, shifting conditions, and moments that demand presence, awareness, and calm.

Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are part of the experience.

Tools & Equipment

  • Personal vehicle & smartphone (mandatory)
  • Digital enforcement application
  • Mobile printer or citation books
  • Uniform & ID

Doing the right thing when no one is watching.
  • Professionalism.
     Respect in every interaction.
  • Detail.
     Precision that inspires confidence.
  • Judgment.
Knowing what action belongs in each moment.
  • Self-Management.
     Independent, reliable, accountable.

Why this work matters

Because every interaction, every decision, every citation issued with care

creates a safer, more ordered, more respectful experience for someone else.

At Park O Lot Inc., you'll help shape something bigger than enforcement.

You'll help build a system rooted in trust, clarity, and community impact.

If you're ready to contribute to something meaningful —

to join a team obsessed with excellence and driven by purpose —
