What you'll do:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following (and other duties as required):

• Providing customers with excellent, efficient, courteous service

• Offering product recommendations and upsell

• Provide a neat, clean, fresh and well merchandised department

• All duties associated with inventory stocking and taking inventory counts

• Compliance with government standards and AGLC regulations that apply to the Liquor store

• Complete up-to-date in-house training and certifications via e-learning courses 

• Valid ProServe Certification

• Alert for the unauthorized removal of merchandise and equipment

• Ensure the quality and condition of all merchandise meets the store's standards.

• Follow all cleaning and maintenance schedules.

• Compliance with all Safety policies and procedures and look out for the safety of others

• Adhere to all Wild Rose Co-op policies and procedures

This position requires the use of computers, as well as heavy lifting of products up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.  The successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal record back check.

Who you are:

You have previous experience in customer service is an asset. Candidates will demonstrate the following:

• Understanding of our Values (Teamwork, People, Excellence , Community)

• Committed to providing excellent customer service to our member-owners as well as internal customers

• Quality communication skills

• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and stat holidays (on a rotational basis)

• Must be minimum 18 years of age

This position will report to the Camrose Liquor Manager.

This is a Part-time position based on 20-30 hrs/week, the successful candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
