We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and passionate Infant/Toddler Early Childhood Educator certificate to join our team. This is a full-time role, ideal for an educator who is committed to guiding both children in a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment.

Qualifications

  • Infant/Toddler Early Childhood Education Certificate
  • Experience working with children in a Montessori classroom setting is essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer operation and basic computer skills for maintaining records and communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and resources efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide children positively through their learning journey.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Montessori Lead Teacher and oversee age-appropriate activities for toddler (18 – 36 months) in a carefully prepared environment
  • Observe and assess children's development and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
  • Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and emotional well-being
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding children's progress and classroom activities
  • Maintain accurate records including attendance, assessments, and individualized learning plans
  • Collaborate with team to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the growth of the Montessori program
