Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Manager to oversee the daily operations of our campus. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management, sales, and team development. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise campus staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Manage all aspects of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and store management.
  • Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and training processes to build a skilled and motivated team.
  • Handle payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling.
  • Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market while maximizing profitability.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting safety standards within the campus.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management or store management with a focus on sales management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in negotiation, time management, organizational skills, and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, budgeting practices, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping principles.
  • Experience in merchandising, purchasing, pricing strategies, and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to train staff effectively while promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Strong math skills for accurate financial reporting and inventory management.
