Job description

Vapour Solutions Langford is now hiring a part timer and/or Full timer sales associate We specialise in personal vaporizers, e-liquids, and accessories with an emphasis on customer service.

As a salesperson at Vapour Solutions Langford, you will work directly with customers helping them to select appropriate gear to fit their lifestyles.

  • Must be 19 or older-Must be legally authorised to work in the Canada
  • Customer service skills, including problem solving and respectfully handling customer complains/issues
  • Strong work ethic and ability to act independently and remotely
  • Customer service skills & mindset
  • Team-Player with a positive attitude
  • Exceptional relationship building abilities
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable and professional
  • 1- 2 years vape experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for approximately 6-8 hours
  • Works independently with little or no supervision.

Job Duties

  • Recommend and select the right merchandise based on the individual's requirements
  • Build customer confidence by offering them suggestions and opinions
  • Explain the advantage and use of the merchandise to the customer
  • Demonstrate use and operation of the product
  • Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
  • Arrange and display merchandise
  • Keep merchandise area tidy

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Relevant product knowledge and training

Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary: $18.70-$19.25 per hour

Schedule:

  • Weekends, stats, on call
  • Evenings &/or Mornings
