The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Technician to join our growing team. This role involves performing service, maintenance, and repair tasks for convenience stores, car wash systems, security systems and roll shutters. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment. This role will require a mix of routine scheduled maintenance and on-demand troubleshooting. A proactive approach to identifying potential issues and recommending solutions is essential to keep all systems running efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

Car Wash Systems

• Inspect and service wash bay components such as high-pressure sprayers, conveyor systems, brushes, and dryers. Ensure proper water flow and chemical application.
• Install car wash systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair control panels, sensors, and automated payment systems to maintain efficient operations.

Water Treatment Systems

• Maintain and service water reclaim systems, softeners, and filters to ensure environmentally friendly and efficient water usage.
• Address mechanical issues with pumps, belts, gearboxes, and other car wash components to restore proper operating conditions as specified in regulations and repair manuals.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including service vehicles and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices in the industry.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively, concisely, professionally and timely with Canco Site Managers or Employees they are servicing.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work in varying environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
• Ability to travel consistently to troubleshooting maintenance issues and flexibility to handle after-hours service calls or emergencies when required.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment or tools up to 50 pounds.
• The noise level in the work environment is regularly exposed to moderate to high noise areas.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
• Basic or foundational mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with C-store or car wash equipment is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with security systems or rollshutter installation is a bonus but not required.
