Work alongside our leadership team to build something awesome. We are a boutique real estate brokerage in Toronto with 6 offices and over 350 agents. With customer service at the forefront, we are looking to evolve our marketing department and add a versatile, creative team member who loves variety in their day to day.

Musts:

  • You take pride in delivering top-tier service and support to our agents.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can juggle multiple projects with ease

  • Quick to learn new tools, apps and programs

  • Education and/or equivalent experience in a marketing or design capacity

Depending on your skillset
, your day could involve any of the following activities:

  • Creative & Design: Work with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create marketing assets.

  • Digital & Tech: Use AI tools, update the company website, manage social platforms.

  • Photo & Video: Capture, edit, and share content using DSLR equipment.

  • Agent Support & Coordination: Help Realtors use our in-house marketing tools, coordinate marketing requests, and promote services within the brokerage.

This is a growth opportunity for someone who wants to develop every side of real estate marketing from design, branding, communications, and agent support — all while being mentored by an experienced leadership team.

This is primarily an in-office position that will have you at any one of our Toronto offices — ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration and a team-driven environment.

Compensation: $45,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and skill development as our marketing department expands.
