Job Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week with potential for overtime)

Shifts: Afternoon (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and Night Audit (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Afternoon Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor.

This hybrid position plays a critical role in both guest services and daily financial reconciliation. The successful candidate will be trained to perform both shifts and must demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to Marriott's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Night Auditor Duties (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM):

  • Complete end-of-day financial procedures, including balancing cash, credit, debit, and third-party restaurant transactions.
  • Generate audit reports and reconcile daily revenue in accordance with Marriott standards.
  • Perform front desk operations such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservation modifications.

Afternoon Front Desk Duties (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM):

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Manage reservations, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn multiple software and property management systems (PMS).
  • Proven customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated adherence to Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.
  • Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is an asset.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must have open availability, including the ability to work overnight and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

On-site at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton International Airport, Nisku, AB

Remote work is not available for this position.
