We're currently looking for a Leader in Administration and Front Desk to join our team and become the face of Blended. This is more than a desk job—this is a leadership position in member experience and operational flow.

The Role

This forward customer facing position is the heartbeat of our front desk operations and a key connector within our community. You'll manage the day-to-day rhythm of the gym, provide world-class service, and ensure that every member interaction reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Community Connection

  • Greet members by name and deliver a warm, personalized experience every day
  • Act as the go-to contact for questions, support, and service guidance
  • Provide facility tours to prospective members and introduce them to our culture
  • Facilitate connections between members and our coaching team

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Manage member check-ins, account updates, and session scheduling using ZenPlanner
  • Process payments and assist with billing questions
  • Align calendars for PEPs and PT sessions
  • Answer phones and respond to emails/texts promptly and professionally
  • Support lead follow-up and alumni/member communication as needed

Facility & Environment Management

  • Conduct regular cleaning rounds, manage towel laundry, and maintain all front-facing areas to Blended standards
  • Ensure a clean, inspiring, and high-vibe atmosphere at all times
  • Follow dress code policy while on shift (black bottoms + coach top)
  • Coffee and beverage services, inventory control

Team Communication & Brand Alignment

  • Use Slack to stay aligned with the team
  • Stay current on all Blended services, programs, and offerings
  • Embody and promote a fit, healthy, and community-minded lifestyle

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, basic inventory tracking, and scheduling tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Friendly, confident communicator—able to handle conflict with grace
  • Outgoing, warm, and able to build connections quickly
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment
  • Must work out regularly and be aligned with a healthy lifestyle
  • First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in customer service, fitness, hospitality, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with ZenPlanner, Myzone, or POS systems
  • Group fitness knowledge or coaching experience is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time salaried role (approx. 38 hours/week)
  • Rotating shifts:
  • Morning: 5:15 AM – 1:15 PM
  • Evening: 1:15 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Some weekend coverage or event support may be required
