  • 3-5 years data analysis experience using SQL and Excel to profile data and identify data inconsistencies.
  • Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and analyzing surveys.
  • 3-5 years' experience with PowerBI for visualizing insights.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • 2-3 years hands-on experience with this CRM platform strongly preferred: Salesforce
  • Working across multiple teams and stakeholders (business, data and IT).
  • Experience with MDM (master data management) tools.
  • Experience with building data solutions and gathering requirements for those types of projects.

Soft Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Presentation skills – summarizing findings in a PPT format and presenting to varying levels of stakeholders

Education:

Bachelor's degree
