The Scented Market is a fast growing Canadian candle and self care brand known for clean burning soy candles, elevated home fragrance, and unforgettable customer experiences. We are expanding our wholesale team and looking for a driven B2B Sales Growth Manager to help grow our retail partnerships across North America.

This is an in-house role based at our Guelph head office.

This is NOT a remote position.

You must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

About the Role

The B2B Sales Growth Manager will play a key role in expanding our wholesale footprint by identifying new retail partners, nurturing existing accounts, and driving consistent sales growth. You will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with boutiques, gift shops, garden centres, spas, grocers, and lifestyle retailers.

This position requires daily outbound phone calls. If you thrive in a sales environment, enjoy connecting with people, and are energized by growing relationships through conversation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound sales calls to prospective and existing wholesale partners
  • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B leads through phone outreach, follow ups, and relationship building
  • Convert leads into active wholesale accounts and drive repeat orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and track sales performance
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate inventory, promotions, and seasonal launches
  • Support the growth and visibility of The Scented Market brand across retail partners

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or wholesale (preferred)
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls every day
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow through
  • Goal-driven with a passion for growth and results
  • Positive, professional, and excited to represent our brand
  • Must be available in-house Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
