Overview
Factor Geotechnical Ltd. is a growing engineering consulting firm. We're looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator to keep our projects and office running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Create and organize project folders and documents
- Draft and send service agreements for review/signature
- Collect and reconcile receipts, process mail, deposit cheques
- Review invoices from drillers and locators
- Schedule material testing, inspections, and drilling activities
- Track and organize utility locates (submissions by EITs)
- Prepare simple memos, letters, and summary reports
- Keep office supplies stocked (bags, gloves, drinks, paper products, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of administrative experience (construction/engineering a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- QuickBooks experience is an asset, but not required
What We Offer
