Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Court Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with a focus on supporting daily operations in a professional environment. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Running Documents from Law Firms to Court and Court to Law Firms
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients and visitors.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests and handling inquiries.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective phone etiquette at all times.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support administrative functions as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained.

Experience

  • Previous office legal experience is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Experience with customer service roles that require strong interpersonal skills.
