Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree not required, but also considered an asset. 8+ years of experience on large, complex transit/transportation projects with increasing levels of responsibility. P.Eng. designation (or eligibility for designation). Direct experience with GTA public and private utility companies is an asset. Proficiency with CAD tools (MicroStation, Inroads/Open Roads, or AutoCAD Civil 3D). Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead multi-disciplinary teams. Experience with trenchless methods for installing small and large diameter watermains and sewers is an asset. Construction field experience and familiarity with municipal and road authority standards are assets.
