Deliverables

  • Capture and edit property tours, interviews, and testimonials for digital platforms
  • Produce short-form and long-form content tailored for social media and listing sites
  • Organize and manage media files efficiently for quick turnaround
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline editing and enhance workflow
  • Collaborate on creative concepts to highlight properties and client stories
  • Ensure all content meets brand standards and is delivered on schedule

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate or lifestyle media production with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in camera operation, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment
  • Advanced editing skills using Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, Lightroom, and Photoshop; familiarity with CapCut, Descript, or motion graphics is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and reliably
  • Flexible schedule with availability for both field shoots and remote editing
