What You Bring

Legal Qualifications:

A law degree (LLB or equivalent) and a current, valid license to practice law in British Columbia (BC).

Experience & Service:

• Previous exposure to real estate or property law is a plus. More importantly, you have a proven track record of turning complex legal scenarios into clear, effective outcomes while delivering exceptional client service.
• Hands-on experience with British Columbia's Land Title and Survey Authority (LTSA) system and a strong understanding of mortgage registration and discharge processes.

Team & Leadership Mindset:

Seeking motivated individuals eager to build a real estate practice—offering stability to get started and support to accelerate growth.

Digital Fluency:

Comfort with modern digital tools—from document management to project tracking—ensures you stay ahead in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

What You Will Find Here

Competitive Compensation:

Our comprehensive total compensation package is designed to recognize and reward excellence.

Salary Range: CAD $70,000 to $100,000
(final offer will depend on your experience and skillset; we reserve the top end for those demonstrating sustained high performance).

We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at The Property Law Firm. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
