Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a hakka cook. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in food service, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Experience in the food industry, including restaurant or kitchen experience, is highly valued. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of hakka menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with meal assembly, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
  • Follow food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health codes
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with stock rotation as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service, Hakka restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
  • Strong understanding of the food industry standards for hygiene and safety
  • Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required
