Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead and work alongside our crews on drainage and underground utility projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and work with crews installing storm drains, culverts, manholes, catch basins, Dredging, Shore protection, etc.
  • Plan daily work activities and coordinate with project managers and equipment operators
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards
  • Operate heavy equipment
  • Train, motivate, and support crew members
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress effectively

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or underground utility construction
  • 3+ years of supervisory or foreman experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of drainage systems, grading, and pipe installation
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Valid G driver's license (AZ or DZ an asset)
  • Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in all weather conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
