Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill the position of a Regional Vehicle Buyer - BC

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for prospecting/negotiating/purchasing used inventory at the recommended price. 
  • Responsible for appraising and evaluating the retail potential of vehicles, which requires being attuned to the resale market both in the area and nationally.
  • Assist with determining which aged units are to be disposed of and non-retail units.
  • Track acquisition performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management
  • Other duties as required by your manager.

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive sales role.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Broad product knowledge base and trained in appraising vehicles of all makes.
  • Computer skills: MS Office (intermediate).
  • Experience with 180 and V-Auto would be an asset. 
  • Valid VSA license.
