Pay & Perks

$17.85–$21.00 per hour base pay

$4.00–$5.00 per hour average tip pool bonus

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items following Red Robin recipes and standards

  • Master the grill, fry station, sauté, and broiler

  • Keep our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly

  • Work as part of a fun, supportive, and fast-paced team

  • Build skills to advance into supervisor or management roles
