Whether assisting with vehicle movement or supporting dealership operations, your proactive approach will drive success every day.

Duties

  • Safely move and park vehicles within designated parking areas using manual transmission vehicles and driving skills.
  • Assist guests by guiding them to parking spots, opening vehicle doors, and providing directions around the lot.
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage or irregularities, ensuring all cars are ready for customer delivery or display.
  • Manage vehicle keys and documentation accurately, including check-in/check-out procedures and record keeping.
  • Support dealership operations by delivering vehicles to service bays or other locations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized lot by removing debris, ensuring clear pathways, and keeping signage visible.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about vehicle locations, and offering assistance promptly.
  • Support cashiering duties such as processing payments for parking or vehicle services when required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and management.
  • Previous experience in dealership operations, retail math, or as a delivery driver is advantageous.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with parking regulations and lot management practices preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for vehicle inspections and documentation accuracy.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
