Are you a licensed Electrical Engineer with a passion for building systems and project leadership? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic, integrated team delivering innovative building renewal projects. You'll lead electrical design and project management from concept to construction, working closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals—all under one roof.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design for building systems including power, lighting, life safety, and communications
  • Manage project delivery, contract administration, and field reviews
  • Collaborate with in-house architects, engineers, and construction managers
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act on feedback
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with support from leadership
  • Conduct assessments and prepare reports on existing electrical systems
  • Provide technical advisory services to clients
  • Perform internal technical reviews and ensure quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Registered P.Eng in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
  • Eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)
  • Proficient in ETAP, AutoCAD, and Revit
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and BC/National Building Codes
  • Experience with detailed design, tender packages, and commissioning
  • Familiarity with building construction and electrical systems
  • Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
