Requirements:

Must reside in Ontario, Canada, preferably in the Halton/Flamborough region.

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Previous experience in restaurant service or customer service is required.

Must be available on weekdays and weekends

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and assist with orders.

Accurately process orders and input them into the restaurant system.

Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

Package takeout and delivery orders securely and accurately.

Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, transactions, and feedback.

Manage incoming phone calls and online orders professionally.

Stay informed about menu items, dietary restrictions, and allergy considerations.

Prepare milkshakes and salads as needed.

Assist with various restaurant tasks to support the team.
